Article 1: Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions apply to all transactions concluded through the FAMLYKINGDOM network. A "Client" is defined as any natural or legal person placing an order validated via our secure payment platform.

Article 2: Age Limits & Adult Supervision (CRITICAL)

• Contracting Age: We only accept Clients over 18 years of age for all services (coaching, workshops, AI-facilitated sessions). Clients between 16 and 18 may purchase electronic products only.

• Mandatory Supervision: The "Identity Ceremony" and "Royal Herald" AI sessions are designed for family use. A parent or legal guardian MUST be present and actively supervising at all times during any interaction involving a minor. By using this service, you acknowledge that the AI is an automated tool and you are solely responsible for the minor's experience.

Article 3: Prices & VAT Prices are indicated in GBP (or Euros/USD as selected). As BRU&YOU LTD is currently below the UK VAT registration threshold, no VAT is charged on these transactions. Prices are subject to change, but the price applied to an order will be that announced at the time of the transaction.

Article 4: Payment Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Secure online payment is processed via Stripe. All transmitted information is encrypted; security is the responsibility of the processor.

Article 5: Nature of Service FAMLYKINGDOM provides AI-facilitated protocols based on human psychology frameworks such as the 6 Human Needs and RPM. Our AI agents are not licensed therapists or medical professionals. This is a personal development and bonding tool.

Article 6: Applicable Law All clauses and purchase operations are subject to the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be settled in UK courts.
