1. Who We Are

FamlyKingdom is operated by BRU&YOU LTD, a company registered in England and Wales. We build tools to help families understand their emotional wiring using Tony Robbins' 6 Human Needs framework.

2. What Data We Collect and Why

We collect the following categories of personal data:

Name and email address — collected when you complete the Family Needs Quiz, purchase a product, or create an account. Used to deliver your quiz result, send product access, and communicate with you about FamlyKingdom products and updates.

Payment data — collected at checkout via Systeme.io's secure payment processing. We do not store card details directly. Payment processing is handled by Systeme.io and their payment partners.

Voice and conversation data — collected during the Identity Blueprint Ceremony. Our AI processes your spoken responses to generate your personalised Blueprint report. This data is used solely to produce your report and is stored securely in your account dashboard.

Blueprint report data — your dominant emotional need, core strengths, and legacy mission as generated by the ceremony. Stored in your family dashboard and accessible only to you.

Device and behavioural data — collected automatically via cookies and the Meta Pixel when you visit our pages. Used for advertising measurement and to improve our services.

3. Legal Basis for Processing (UK GDPR)

We process your personal data under the following legal bases:

Consent — for marketing emails and the Family Needs Quiz lead collection. You may withdraw consent at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any email or contacting hello@famlykingdom.com.

Contract — for account creation and product delivery. Processing is necessary to provide the service you purchased.

Legitimate interest — for security monitoring, fraud prevention, and improving our products.

4. Our Data Processors

We share data with the following trusted processors who handle data on our behalf:

Supabase — secure database hosting for account data and Blueprint reports. GDPR compliant. supabase.com/privacy

Systeme.io — email automation, checkout processing, and contact management. GDPR compliant. systeme.io/privacy

Vercel — website and application hosting. GDPR compliant. vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy

Meta Platforms — advertising measurement via Meta Pixel. Data transferred to Meta under Standard Contractual Clauses. facebook.com/privacy/policy

n8n — workflow automation for account creation and email triggers. Self-hosted on Railway infrastructure.

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal data to any third party under any circumstances.

5. Voice Data and AI Processing

During the Identity Blueprint Ceremony your voice responses are processed by Google Gemini AI to generate your Blueprint report. Voice recordings are not stored permanently. The transcript and Blueprint output are stored in your secure account. Our AI is programmed to detect red flag language including references to self-harm or crisis. If detected the session terminates and no data from that exchange is retained.

6. Data Retention

Account and Blueprint data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion we will remove your data within 30 days. Email marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

7. Your Rights Under UK GDPR

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, withdraw consent for marketing at any time, object to processing based on legitimate interest, request restriction of processing, and lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for site functionality and the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.

9. Children

Our quiz and products are intended for adults aged 18 and over. The Identity Blueprint Ceremony is designed for use by an adult with a child aged 8 and over. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
